There Is Work Yet To Be Done

For almost the last year and a half, I've been working out in a improvised training area in the basement with weights no heavier than 25lb dumbbells. I started running about a year ago, biking at the end of March and swimming the end of April. I'm happy with my cardiovascular system, weight loss and overall health, wellness and fitness, which allowed me to complete my first triathlon, but I think it is time to put some extra work into the muscular system.
