I read this story twice, each time at a single sitting. It's a satisfying and ultimately uplifting read.

We get a keen view into his psyche about happy times, sad times, regrets, and finally the will to live. Joe tells his story with such a smooth, deft pen that you feel as if you're watching a movie. It's perfect example of man vs. nature and man vs. himself.
